One week ago I cut off the spring onion roots when cooking and stuck some into soil and others into water. They are growing daily!
This is the photo one week ago.
When you put them in water, you need to change the water everyday. It is easier to stick them directly in the soil, but their growth seems to be slower than the ones in water. It also depends on the length of the stems after you cut them.
I stuck them in the soil one week ago, and now…
They are regrowing. Great!
